PAYMENT SCHEDULE/TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1) $15,000 due for the Trailer to pay the manufacturer is due upon signing (6-8 month manufacturing process).
2) 50% Pre-construction Balance + HST (due 6 month prior to Completion date)
3) 50% Finishing Balance + HST (due 3 month prior to Completion date)
4) Delivery fees are $325/hour and quoted with Bill of Sale, depending on final destination.
5) Buyer is responsible for all permits, approvals, hook ups, foundation, parking and levelling on their property.
